My Heart Cleft In Twain

What can I say of the one who cleft my heart in twain

This Love was sown by Venus without shame

As a palm seed growing whole

Well before departing the green and gold garden whence we came

Sprouting up within my soul

The spirit of compassion urges to repeat her star’s name

Glory of the morning

Sunshine sparkling in the wind

A leaping light from the heavens is this sacred flame

Engulfing the mosaic crystal tiles of destiny

Green for hope, Blue for joy, but my prayer and devotion

More than these colourations, it is the hot gold of sand

To the parched one in the desert it could be an ocean -

To the storm tossed at sea it is land…

It’s from الله
