Frozen Ambergris
Sometimes I’ll find something I wrote in one of my journals years later and be taken aback at how fragrant it became with time. New circumstances provide colourful context, adding weight to the words. It’s interesting when you’ve forgotten what you penned, only to find it on some obscure piece of paper that you wrote on when you felt the want to express or remember something. It could be a receipt, a napkin, a work notebook, a diary, an old journal found by family, heck, for some psychos, even the notes app or audio notes.
