Gushing Forth

We rose from slumber with the clarity of morning in spring

To flowers unfolding the hum of birds as they sing

What can we tell you of life? What a beautiful thing

A rapture torn asunder from the threaded light of the cosmos, delicately up above

A sweet scent squeezed from silk towels dipped in the divine ocean of Love

The chutney of existence

It is the juice, the zest, pesto, and wine in action and thought

Manifesting emotions for those that have - and have not

A remembrance overlooking the city

Grilling salmon on the hibachi

One of my Grandfathers was born in Allahabad

The other one died in Karachi

It’s from الله
