Light On Earth

There are some Jewels

Whom God made as lights on Earth

Setting aflame embers in the hearts of many that glance their way

Walking with steps of compassion and hands that pray

They may have been guardian Angels to Queens and Prophets in a past life

Or a rose which grew arduously that God smiled upon with a bit more glint

Whatever the case may be-

Pure souls like yours, weightier than the marble foundations of Paradise

Are such that Kings can admire the hand crafted art and praise it’s maker

But also such that if a creature, perhaps a small butterfly passing by your way

Would faery and flutter with friendship over grasses that you! made her day
