The Crest of Compassion
As solar sails burst through distant dark clouds
Tearing asunder the grey and gloomy shrouds
What say you celestial bodies
Of our star’s lavishness today
The Sun sings heartily
It’s time for amorous play
Parading past the deserts of desolation
With serrated sands for scalding snow
Following palms till a winding path
Leads up mystic mountain’s row
To peaks of human affection
Where wings of wisdom grow
Remember, when The Morning Breeze
First flew from The Eternal Lips of God
As a caressing kiss, to the sky and trees
The Angels felt relief and awed
